When a new system goes live, there is a tremendous opportunity to learn about "intuitive interfaces."
The insights of this moment should be captured.
There may be a way to quickly roll out "Release n.1" - some slight improvement that will be sigificant for most users. There may be a way to understand more fully where the natural extensions for this system exist for "Release n+1.0".
In User-Centered Design, there is always a chance to understand more.
Deploy and Learn

This is the time for more data gathering:
- Evaluation of quantitative metrics
- Consideration of qualitative assessments
These insights will add to the requirements definition of future releases.
